Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Peak Acceptance LLC (“Peak”) partners with auto dealers nationwide to deliver fair, flexible, and transparent auto finance solutions. The company purchases and manages retail installment contracts, nurtures long-term dealer relationships, and oversees servicing through trusted third-party partners.

 

Peak’s foundation traces back to the seasoned leadership team behind Summit Acceptance (est. 1993) — pioneers in the subprime auto finance space who reunited to launch a modern platform grounded in experience, ethics, and empathy. Since commencing operations in August 2009, Peak has earned a reputation for disciplined underwriting, investor transparency, and a customer-first approach to collections that prioritizes communication, dignity, and long-term resolution.
